1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by customers residing in Switzerland. International deliveries are available upon individual request and subject to separate agreement.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The product listings in our shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product overview. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order. An automatic confirmation email will be sent after placing the order, but this does not constitute acceptance. The contract is only concluded once we expressly confirm the order or dispatch the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are listed in CHF and include the applicable Swiss VAT. Additional shipping costs apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. For international orders, further costs such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and must be borne by the customer.
5. Delivery Conditions
We deliver within Switzerland using Swiss Post or similar logistics providers.
Delivery time: Typically 2–5 working days after the shipping confirmation.
International shipping is only available upon request and individual agreement.
6. Payment Methods
Currently, we only accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases under Swiss law, we offer a voluntary return policy as a gesture of goodwill, under the following conditions:
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- Products showing visible signs of use or missing tags cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

Please include your order number and a short note (e.g., reason for return, if applicable). We will then provide the return address and further instructions.
9. Defects and Warranty
If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the product or issue a refund, at our discretion. The statutory warranty period is 2 years.
10. Review Authenticity
All customer reviews displayed on our website are verified to ensure they reflect genuine experiences with our products and services.
11. Liability Disclaimer
We are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or loss of use.
12. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. Data is only shared with third parties when necessary for order processing (e.g., shipping providers).
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution
