- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use or missing tags cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Let us know which item you’d like to return and (if possible) the reason.
After reviewing your request, we’ll send you the return address. Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.
Please note: In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online orders. We offer this return option as a voluntary gesture of goodwill.
